Clinic Administrator

Each colleague has their own account, with a role that sets what they see and what they can do. You manage your colleagues’ accounts in Clinic Team.

Add a colleague

1. Tap Add a Person.
2. Type the colleague’s name in Name.
3. Type their email address in Email.
4. Choose their role in Role.
5. Choose their job in Job Position.
6. Tap Save.

The colleague appears in Clinic Team and receives the invitation by email, from which they choose their password.

Change a colleague’s role

1. Tap Change on the colleague’s row.
2. Choose the new role in Role.
3. Tap Save.

The new role shows on the colleague’s row.

Help a colleague who forgot their password

1. Tap Password Reset on the colleague’s row.
2. Tap Ok.

The colleague receives an email with a link to choose a new password.

Deactivate a colleague’s account

1. Tap Deactivate on the colleague’s row.
2. Tap Ok.

The colleague can no longer sign in and no longer appears in the agenda, while their data and history stay.

Reactivate an account

1. Tap the arrow at the right of the search.
2. Choose Inactive Users.
3. Tap Reactivate on the colleague’s row.

The colleague gets their account back, with the role they had.
