The patient’s X-rays, medical letters, lab results and other documents are in the Documents tab, under More. Have the file ready on the computer or the tablet, as an image or a PDF.

Add an X-ray or another document

1. Tap More, then Documents.
2. Tap Add Files.
3. Tap Choose the files and choose the file.
4. Choose the doctor in Doctor.
5. Tap Add.

The document shows in the gallery; tap it to open it. Type already has Imaging, the type of X-rays; for another document, choose its type before Add.

Add a signed informed consent

1. Tap File.
2. Tap Add a line, under Informed Consents (Signed).
3. Tap Upload your file and choose the scanned consent.
4. Choose the doctor in the Doctor column.
5. Tap outside the row, for example on the list’s title.

The consent shows in the list, with its file, date and doctor, and among the patient’s documents.

Void a document

1. Tap the bin on the document, Void the document.
2. Type the reason in Reason.
3. Tap Void.

The document leaves the gallery, but it is not deleted: it stays in Digiodent, voided, with its reason. The medical assistant voids only what they added the same day.
