The treatments of the active plan are booked by stage: one appointment for each stage, with all its treatments. Digiodent finds the doctor’s first free times itself, long enough for the whole stage.

Book a stage at the first free times

1. Tap Plans.
2. Tap the active plan.
3. Tap Book stage 1.
4. Tap the time that suits the patient.
5. Tap Create the appointment.

Digiodent shows “Stage 1 is booked:”, followed by the day and the time, and the stage shows the appointment’s date.

Book a stage at another time, in the agenda

1. Tap Book, beside the stage.
2. Tap Another time, in the agenda.
3. Tap the time you want, in the agenda.
4. Tap Save.

The appointment already has the patient and the stage’s treatments, with their duration.
