The estimate shows the plan’s procedures, their prices and the date they are valid until. While the plan is a draft, the estimate is an offer, with no signatures; once the plan is active, the patient signs it on the tablet.

Print the estimate as an offer

1. Tap the variant you are proposing, in the Plans tab.
2. Tap Estimate.
3. Tick what you want on the estimate, under Print.
4. Choose how the prices appear, under Prices and Payment.
5. Choose the other variants in Variants in the Same PDF.
6. Tap Print.

Digiodent downloads the estimate as a PDF, as an offer; each variant chosen follows on its own pages.

Keep the signed estimate

1. Tap the active plan, in the Plans tab.
2. Tap Estimate.
3. Tap the box under Patient Signature.
4. Ask the patient to sign with a finger, in the white box.
5. Tap Adopt & Sign.
6. Tap Print.

Digiodent downloads the signed estimate and keeps it among the patient’s documents, as Signed Estimate, in the Documents tab, under More.
