There is a single list of procedures: the services of an appointment, the treatments of a plan and the procedures of a consultation are all chosen from it. Each procedure has a duration, used when booking, and a price, used on the estimate and on the invoice.

Change a procedure’s price

1. Type the procedure’s name in Search... and press Enter.
2. Tap the procedure in the list.
3. Type the new price in Price.
4. Tap the save icon, the cloud beside the procedure’s name.

The new price applies to the treatments added from now on; those already in a plan keep their price.

Add a procedure

1. Tap New.
2. Type the procedure’s name.
3. Choose its category in Category.
4. Type its duration in Duration.
5. Type its price in Price.
6. Choose in Place where it is done on the odontogram: Tooth, Arch, Whole Mouth or No Place.
7. Tap the save icon.

The procedure appears in the list and can now be chosen for appointments, in plans and in consultations.

Take out of the list a procedure the clinic no longer does

1. Tap the cog beside the procedure’s name.
2. Choose Archive.
3. Tap Archive in the confirmation window.

The procedure is no longer offered, but the treatments made before keep it.
