Clinic Administrator

The clinic’s administrator decides what each SMS says and when the reminders go out. The wording of each SMS is in SMS Templates, and the moment of each reminder in SMS Reminders.

Change the wording of an SMS

1. Tap Configuration, then SMS Templates.
2. Tap the SMS you are changing, for example “Appointments: Cancellation”.
3. Type the new wording; the parts between braces stay as they are.
4. Tap the cloud button, at the top, to save.
5. Tap Preview.

The window shows the SMS with an appointment’s values, as the patient gets it.

Set the reminders before an appointment

1. Tap Configuration, then SMS Reminders.
2. Tap the reminder you are changing, for example “One day before, at 18:00”.
3. Type the new time after days, at.
4. Type the same time in the reminder’s name.
5. Tap the cloud button, at the top, to save.

The reminder now goes out at the new time, for every appointment.

Set the periodic check-up invitation

1. Tap Configuration, then SMS Reminders.
2. Tap “6 months after the visit, at 10:00”.
3. Type the number of months before months, at.
4. Type the same number in the invitation’s name.
5. Tap the cloud button, at the top, to save.

The invitation now goes out after the new number of months; its wording says “It has been 6 months” until you change it in the Appointments: Periodic checkup template.
