How signing in works
the clinic's Digiodent addressthe sign-in page

What you need to know about signing in and the safety of your account.
The invitation
Section titled “The invitation”The link in the invitation email is valid for six days and can be used once. After that, ask the clinic administrator for a new invitation.
The code sent by email
Section titled “The code sent by email”Each time you sign in, after your password, Digiodent sends you a six-digit code by email, valid for one hour. If you
cannot find it, look in your junk mail folder too, then tap Re-send email.
On a computer or tablet that only you use, tick Don't ask again on this device before you tap Log in: Digiodent
stops asking for the code there for 90 days. Do not tick it on a device several colleagues use.
A forgotten password
Section titled “A forgotten password”On the sign-in page, Reset Password, beside Password, sends you an email with a link to choose a new password; the
link is valid for four hours. The clinic administrator can send you the same email from The clinic
team.
After a break and after eight hours
Section titled “After a break and after eight hours”After 30 minutes without work, Digiodent hides what was on the screen and opens the Confirm access window. If, after
the password, the window also asks for the code, Digiodent has already sent it to you by email. Eight hours after you
signed in, Digiodent asks you to sign in again, from the start.
Signing out
Section titled “Signing out”On a computer others use too, at the end of your work tap your initial at the top right, then Log out.
