Signing in

the clinic's Digiodent addressthe sign-in page

You sign in with the email address your invitation was sent to, the password you chose and a code Digiodent sends you by email. The clinic administrator gives you the clinic’s Digiodent address.

Choose your password the first time

1. Open the invitation email and tap Accept invitation.
2. Type the password you chose in Password.
3. Type it again in Confirm Password.
4. Tap Sign up.

Digiodent signs you in with the password you chose. A password has at least 12 characters.

Sign in

1. Open the clinic’s Digiodent address in the browser.
2. Type your email address in Email.
3. Type your password in Password.
4. Tap Log in.

Digiodent sends you a six-digit code by email and asks you to type it.

Type the code sent by email

1. Type the code you received by email in Authentication Code.
2. Tap Log in.

The home screen opens, with the apps of your role.

Confirm your access after a break

1. Type your password in the Confirm access window.
2. Tap Confirm.

Digiodent takes you back to where you were.

Change your password

1. Tap your initial, then My Preferences.
2. Tap Security, then Change password.
3. Type your current password, then tap Confirm Password.
4. Type the new password, then again in the field below.
5. Tap Change Password.

Digiodent signs you out: sign in again with the new password.
