How the visit works

What you need to know about the day’s appointments and today’s visit.

The Treatment Room opens on today’s appointments, in four groups: Now, those taking place at this moment; Next today; Not closed today, those whose time has passed without the visit being finished; Done today. Cancelled appointments and those the patient did not come to are not shown.

My patients shows only your appointments and is chosen from the start when you have appointments today. The whole practice shows every doctor’s appointments, with the doctor’s name on each.

You find them by name, phone or CNP, in the Search a patient by name, phone or CNP field. Their header then shows No appointment today and New appointment. From a patient’s screen, Other patient opens another patient, and Patients takes you back to the day’s appointments.

Reception and the clinic administrator open the patient on the File tab: the odontogram, the history and the consultations are for the medical staff only, who open the patient on Odontogram.

Only a doctor ticks the treatments performed, and only their own; the medical coordinator can tick any doctor’s. The medical assistant sees the visit’s panel but does not tick.

A treatment ticked by mistake is unticked by tapping the tick again, only on the same day and before it is invoiced. A treatment added during the visit, outside the plan, is cancelled when you untick it.

A booked treatment that was not done stays unticked, in the plan, for a later visit. If it will not be done at all, cancel it: tap its row, then Cancel the treatment, and type the reason.

If the appointment has services that are not from a plan, they appear under Booked for today with a button to show where they were done, depending on the procedure: Pick the tooth, Upper Arch and Lower Arch, or Add. Once placed, the service becomes a treatment of the visit, which you tick like the others.

Today’s visit has a row of its own, under the patient’s name, and the odontogram’s panels appear at the bottom of the screen.
