In Digiodent, consultations and treatments are never deleted. A finished consultation is corrected with a rectification, beside the original text; one that is wrong altogether is voided, with its reason, and stays in the history. A doctor corrects only their own consultations and treatments, and the medical coordinator any doctor’s.

Rectify a finished consultation

1. Tap the consultation, in the Consultations tab.
2. Tap Rectify, under the consultation.
3. Type the right text in Correction.
4. Type why you correct it in Reason.
5. Tap Save.

The rectification shows under the consultation, in Rectifications, with its date, author and reason. The consultation stays as it was written, and the rectification can no longer be changed.

Void a consultation

1. Tap Void, under the consultation.
2. Type the reason in Reason.
3. Tap Void.

The consultation leaves the Consultations tab, with its performed treatments and its findings. It stays in Digiodent: you find it in the Consultations menu, with the Voided Records filter.

Move the consultation to the right patient

1. Tap Void, under the consultation written on another patient.
2. Type the reason in Reason.
3. Choose the patient in Correct Patient.
4. Tap Void.

Digiodent copies the consultation to the right patient, with its performed treatments, documents and findings, then voids it on the wrong one.

Void a performed treatment

1. Tap History.
2. Tap the three dots on the treatment’s row.
3. Choose Void, with a reason.
4. Type the reason in Reason.
5. Tap Void.

The treatment leaves the history and stays in Digiodent, voided, with its reason; for one already invoiced, Digiodent prepares a draft credit note. You void a finding of the odontogram the same way, from History.
